OVERWATCH CLASSIC RELEASE DATE: NOVEMBER 12

Mark your calendars, gamers, because Overwatch Classic is kicking off on November 12 and running until December 12. This limited-time event coincides with the Overwatch 2 Season 13 mid-season patch, so get ready to experience the game like it’s 2016 all over again!

6V6 SHENANIGANS AND ORIGINAL HEROES

Overwatch Classic is all about embracing the game’s roots, and that means no hero limits for the first few days of the event! That’s right, you can have up to six of the same hero on your team, just like in the good old days. And with the original 21 heroes, including Bastion, Cassidy, and Widowmaker, you’ll be able to relive the classic gameplay that made Overwatch a phenomenon.

ORIGINAL MAPS AND GAME MODES

Get ready to revisit some of the most iconic maps in Overwatch history, including Hanamura, Temple of Anubis, and Volskaya Industries. And with four game modes – Assault, Escort, Hybrid, and Control – you’ll be able to experience the game in all its classic glory.
