Alyosha Best Teams in Genshin Impact
Alyosha is a Stellar-Conduct Sub-DPS; here are his best teams with Odette, Sandrone, Cryo MC, and more.
Alyosha is a 4-star Sub-DPS/support in Genshin Impact whose entire value is tied to the Stellar-Conduct reaction. Unlike the Superconduct reaction veteran players have known since 1.0, Stellar-Conduct needs a specific enabler to trigger it — and Alyosha can't be that enabler. If you pair him with the right teammates, though, he turns into a consistent off-field buffer and damage amplifier.
This guide covers the four best Alyosha team comps, why each works, and where his constellations matter most. If you're sorting through the latest Genshin Impact guides, this is one of the more interesting 4-star kits to build around in version 7.0.
At a Glance
- Alyosha is a Sub-DPS/support built around Stellar-Conduct.
- He needs an enabler who can trigger Stellar-Conduct: Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo MC.
- Best premium team: Alyosha + Odette + Sandrone + Yae Miko.
- Best F2P team: Alyosha + Cryo MC + Beidou + Diona.
Veteran's Take: Why Alyosha Needs an Enabler
If you try to slot Alyosha into a generic Electro-Charged or Superconduct team, his kit loses a lot of value. His Skill and Burst rely on the team constantly generating Stellar-Conduct reactions. That's why every viable Alyosha comp needs at least one character who can enable the reaction — and that role is a lot more limited than you'd think.
As of version 7.0, Odette, Sandrone, and Cryo MC are the reliable enablers. Sandrone is the premium option, Cryo MC is the F2P option, and Odette fits a flexible support slot. Alyosha's job is to amplify whatever those characters start.
Alyosha + Odette + Sandrone + Yae Miko (Premium)
This is the team where Alyosha's full kit shines. Sandrone takes main DPS while Odette buffs and triggers Stellar-Conduct during her short field time. Yae Miko provides reliable off-field Electro application, which matters because Alyosha's own Electro application is not consistent enough on its own.
Alyosha barely spends time on-field here. He uses his Elemental Skill and Burst, summons his trusted companion, and then leaves. The companion attacks enemies while increasing the team's ATK and Elemental Mastery. If you have Alyosha's sixth constellation, this premium version is his best home — the extra stats turn a solid rotation into a genuinely strong one.
Alyosha + Odette + Cyno + Qiqi (Electro DPS)
Alyosha can also support Electro DPS characters who work around Stellar-Conduct. Cyno can't enable the reaction himself, so Odette (or Cryo MC) needs to cover that role. Qiqi operates as the team's sustain, providing healing while Cyno stays on-field.
With Odette enabling and enhancing Stellar-Conduct alongside Alyosha and Qiqi, Cyno can spend his entire Elemental Burst duration inside a buffed window. One caveat: Cyno needs his team to cooperate with his long burst. If you don't want to build around that, substitute another Electro DPS.
Alyosha + Wriothesley + Odette + Beidou (Cryo DPS)
You can also use Alyosha with a Cryo DPS like Wriothesley. He still needs Odette or Cryo MC to enable Stellar-Conduct, but once that's covered, the team feels much more flexible than Cyno's version. Wriothesley doesn't have a Burst duration you need to protect, so you can swap him in and out freely during the rotation.
Beidou is a solid pick here because she can buff the team's Stellar-Conduct reactions while providing a shield. If you need more healing, Qiqi is still an option, but Beidou's offensive utility fits better in most situations.
Alyosha + Cryo MC + Beidou + Diona (F2P)
For F2P players, Cryo MC is the only free-to-play Stellar-Conduct enabler as of version 7.0. In this comp, Cryo MC acts as the main DPS, Alyosha and Beidou operate as Sub-DPS units to enable Electro, and Diona provides shielding, healing, and Elemental Mastery buffs.
If you want more reaction variety, replace Beidou or Diona with Fischl and Prune or Sucrose. Those three trigger the Hexerei buff and give off-field Electro and Anemo application, letting the team proc Stellar-Conduct and Stellar-Swirl consistently while Cryo MC stays on-field applying Cryo.

Final Thoughts
Alyosha is a character who lives and dies by his team composition. If you have Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo MC, he can become a strong off-field enabler. Without one, he's not worth building around. Start with the F2P team if you're on a budget; move to the premium team if you're chasing his best performance.
