Banner Details
The North Yearns the Rift Vigile banner is part of the Chartered Headhunting system. A key feature: the rate-up 6★ operator Arcane will be removed from the Chartered Headhunting pool after appearing in three such banners and will not be added to Basic Headhunting. This makes the current banner a limited opportunity to secure her.
Headhunting can be done using Gaze North to the Rift HH Permit, Chartered HH Permit, or Oroberyls. The banner includes several rewards tied to pull milestones:
- Urgent Recruitment: After 30 headhunting attempts, you receive 10 free attempts (one 10× pull). These free pulls have the same rates as the banner and guarantee a 5★ or better, but do not count toward banner pity or other milestones.
- Headhunting Dossier: After 60 attempts, you get a dossier that automatically converts into 10 Special HH Permits for the next Chartered Headhunting banner (expires at the end of that banner).
- Token Tribute: Every 240 attempts gives a token for the rate-up 6★ operator.
Additionally, every headhunt grants Arsenal Tickets, which can be spent in the Acquisition Center – Arsenal Exchange.
Should You Pull for Arcane?
With no official details on Arcane's kit or meta placement, the decision hinges on your account needs and resource availability.
- Pull if you are new and need a 6★ operator from the pool, or if you are a collector aiming to own Arcane before she rotates out.
- Pull if you have surplus resources and want to take advantage of the sign-in rewards and milestone bonuses.
- Skip if you are saving for future rate-up operators or already have a strong roster.
- Save if you are F2P or low-spend and prefer to wait for more information about Arcane's performance before committing.
