Current Banners (Phase 1)

Thunder of Renewal – Zhuang Fangyi

The headline act is Zhuang Fangyi, a 6-star Electric Striker who excels at applying Electrification and cycling skills rapidly. She’s joined by Rossi (Physical Guard) and Tangtang (Cryo Caster), both available at standard rates.

Zhuang Fangyi’s signature weapon, Lone Barge (Arts Unit), is featured on the Drifting Raft Issue weapon banner. This banner also includes other 6-star weapons: Wedge (Handcannon), Chivalric Virtue (Arts Unit), Oblivion (Arts Unit), Eminent Repute (Sword), Exemplar (Greatsword), and JET (Polearm).

Banner Odds and Pity

Chartered Headhunting banners use the same base rates as the permanent banner: a 5-star every 10 pulls and a 6-star every 80 pulls. The featured character has a 50% rate-up, meaning your first 6-star has a 50/50 chance to be Zhuang Fangyi. If you lose, the next 6-star is guaranteed to be her. Additionally, after 120 pulls you receive a bonus token for the featured character, up to three tokens every 160 pulls.

For weapon banners, a 6-star weapon is guaranteed after four pulls, with a 50/50 chance for the featured weapon. If you lose, it’s guaranteed after eight more attempts.

Fest of Brilliance Rerun

Starting 2026-05-14, the Fest of Brilliance banner returns, featuring four 6-star operators: Pogranichnik (Physical Vanguard), Gilberta (Nature Supporter), Laevatain (Heat Striker), and Ardelia (Nature Supporter). You can select one character from this pool to receive a rate-up, making it easier to target a specific unit.

Weapon Banners: Smelting Forge Issue & Swift Walker Issue

Two weapon banners accompany the rerun. Smelting Forge Issue features Forgeborn Scathe (Sword), Laevatain’s signature weapon. Swift Walker Issue features Delivery Guaranteed (Arts Unit), Gilberta’s signature. Both banners also include Valiant (Polearm), Wedge (Handcannon), Detonation Unit (Arts Unit), Oblivion (Arts Unit), White Night Nova (Sword), and Exemplar (Greatsword).

Should You Pull?

Pull if…

• You need a top-tier Electric DPS and don’t have Zhuang Fangyi. She’s a meta-defining unit for Electric teams.
• You’re a collector aiming for limited operators—Zhuang Fangyi won’t be added to the standard pool immediately.
• You want Laevatain or Gilberta and their signature weapons from the rerun.

Skip if…

• You already have a strong Electric DPS or are saving for upcoming 1.4 characters (see our 1.4 leaks coverage).
• You’re low on currency and prefer to wait for a future debut banner.

Save for…
