Arknights First of a Thousand Autumns Event and PC Port Arrive This Summer

Arknights players have a busy summer ahead. Yostar has confirmed that the First of a Thousand Autumns Side Story event kicks off on July 16, 2026, bringing new Operators, banners, and outfits. More importantly, the long-awaited PC version of the game will launch on August 13, 2026, right after the event concludes. Banner Schedule and Details

Two new headhunting banners will run during the event. The first, from July 14–28, 2026, features 6★ Operators Archetto and Nightingale, along with 5★ Operators GreyThroat, Iris, and Manticore. This banner is likely a rerun or standard pool, but it offers a chance to grab these classic units if you missed them.

The second banner, running July 16–30, 2026, is the main event banner. It introduces the limited 6★ Wang and the new 6★ Ch'en the Dawnstreak, plus the 5★ Taraxacum. As with previous limited banners, pulling 300 times on this banner guarantees you a copy of Wang as a bonus gift. This pity system is standard for limited headhunting, so if you're aiming for Wang, plan your pulls accordingly.

Should You Pull?

Wang and Ch'en the Dawnstreak are both powerful additions, but limited banners always demand careful resource management. If you're a meta-focused player, Wang's limited status makes her a high priority. Ch'en the Dawnstreak also appears strong, but we'll need to see her kit in action to judge her exact role. For F2P players, the 300-pull spark for Wang is a steep investment—only go for it if you have saved up. Otherwise, consider pulling until the first 6★ and stopping. The Archetto/Nightingale banner is more of a skip if you already have those Operators, unless you're chasing potentials.

Event Phases and Rewards

The First of a Thousand Autumns event is split into three phases. Phase 1 unlocks on July 16, 2026, Phase 2 on July 23, 2026, and Phase 3 on July 30, 2026. This staggered rollout means you'll have new stages and story to tackle each week.

By completing the Proofreading of the Past missions, you can recruit the 5★ Operator Ju and earn Pavilion Reception Hall furniture. Additionally, Ju's Token is available as a reward from the Sky Mirror Teahouse portion of the event. Make sure to clear these missions to get Ju and her token for potential promotions.

Outfit Store Additions

The 0011 Collection brings five new outfits: Dusk's Hazy Jade, Ling's A Gallant Dream, Philae's An Opera of Flowers, Surfer's By the Lamplight, and Yu's Clear Morning View. These skins will be available in the Outfit Store during the event. If you're a fan of these Operators, this is your chance to grab their new looks.

PC Version Launch

After the event ends on August 13, 2026, Arknights will officially arrive on PC. The PC version will be available after maintenance on that day. However, details are still slim: we don't know if it will be on Steam, Epic Games Store, or a standalone client. Yostar has only confirmed that an additional platform will be available. We'll update as soon as more information is released.

Pre-Event Preparation

With the event starting soon, here's what you should do now:

• Save your Originite Prime and Headhunting Permits for the limited banner.
• Complete any ongoing story stages to free up sanity for event farming.
• Check your furniture inventory if you want to decorate with the new Pavilion Reception Hall set.
• Decide if you want to pull for Archetto/Nightingale before the main banner drops.
