Maintenance Details

Update maintenance begins on 2026/08/12 at 06:00 (UTC+8) and is expected to last 5 hours. During this time, servers will be offline. As standard, HoYoverse will grant 300 Primogems as compensation, distributed via in-game mail within 5 hours after maintenance ends. The mail expires after 30 days, so claim it promptly.

Compensation is available to all Travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 5 or above by the start of maintenance. You must claim it before the end of Version 7.0.

Pre-Installation Guide

Pre-installation is now live, allowing you to download part of the update resources in advance. This reduces the time needed to start playing after maintenance.

  • PC: Approximately 8 GB
  • Mobile: Approximately 3 GB

Actual download size may vary depending on voice-over packs installed. The estimates assume a single voice-over pack.

To pre-install, open the game launcher (PC) or App Store/Google Play (mobile) and look for the pre-install option. This does not affect your current game version until the update goes live.

What to Do Before the Update

  • Use your Resin: Resin caps at 160, so spend it before maintenance to avoid waste.
  • Complete Daily Commissions: They reset at server time, so finish them before the shutdown.
  • Claim Battle Pass rewards: If your BP is about to expire, claim everything now.
  • Check your Serenitea Pot: Collect any realm currency and furnishings.
  • Review your inventory: Use any fragile Resin if needed, as it won't be lost but you can maximize efficiency.
