Moon Sisters Location In Bubble Pool

Fast travel to the Golden Hall waypoint. Defeat the enemy guarding the Golden Hall Transit Station, then activate the station to spawn a boat. Moon Sisters Location In Nuur Stone Circle

This location requires additional preparation:
