Lucilla (Glacio/Rectifier) – Echo Skill Amp

Lucilla, President of Startorch Academy, is a Glacio Rectifier user who amplifies Echo Skill DMG and provides Glacio Chafe. She comes with the new 5-star Rectifier Freeze Frame.

Should You Pull?

• Lucy: If you need a main DPS that can also support through Hack effects, Lucy is a solid pick. The Spectro element means she fits into mono-Spectro or rainbow teams.
• Rebecca: As a free copy is given away, spending resources on her banner is only recommended if you want her signature weapon or additional duplicates. Her support kit is valuable.
• Lucilla: For players building around Echo Skills (e.g., certain support Echoes), Lucilla is a unique enabler. Her Glacio damage also opens freeze comps.
