At a Glance

  • Event Duration: After the Version 3.2 update – End of Version 3.2
  • Requirements: Unlock Ridu Weekly in Chapter 1 of the main story
  • Stages: Cooperation Exercise (pre-activation) and Potential Hypothesis (post-activation)
  • Rewards: One-time claim per stage after first clear of Potential Hypothesis

Event Details

During the event, Proxies can use designated squad formations to repeatedly experience Agent gameplay. The Cooperation Exercise trial stage lets you test Agents before potential activation, while the Potential Hypothesis stage showcases their full potential after activation.

In these trial stages, your squad, Agents' W-Engines, and Drive Discs are fixed — you can't swap them out. This means you'll get a true feel for the Agent's intended build and team composition.

Rewards and Claiming

After completing the Potential Hypothesis stage for the first time, you can automatically claim the trial stage rewards on the stage clear screen. Each trial stage reward can only be claimed once during the event, so make sure you clear both stages to grab everything.

Pre-Patch To-Dos

Before Version 3.2 drops, ensure you've progressed far enough in the main story to unlock Ridu Weekly in Chapter 1. If you're behind, focus on advancing the story so you don't miss out on this event.

Day-1 Priorities

Once the update goes live, head straight to the event page and complete both trial stages. Since rewards are one-time, you'll want to claim them early to avoid forgetting later. Even if you're not interested in the featured Agents, the trial stages are a great way to learn their mechanics and see if they fit your playstyle.

Should You Pull?

While this event doesn't directly tell you whether to pull, it's an excellent opportunity to test Agents before committing your Polychrome. If you're on the fence about a banner character, use the trial stages to evaluate their damage, utility, and synergy with your existing roster.

For F2P players, this event is a no-brainer — free rewards and a risk-free way to try out new Agents. Even if you skip the banner, you'll walk away with a better understanding of the current meta.

Final Thoughts

The Version 3.2 trial event is a straightforward but valuable addition. Mark your calendar, clear the stages, and claim your rewards. For more Zenless Zone Zero coverage, keep an eye on our latest updates.
