Plans and Rewards

The City Fund operates on a seasonal battle pass structure. The Basic Plan is free and available to all Proxies who meet the unlock requirement. Upgrading to a paid plan grants immediate bonuses and access to additional reward tiers as you level up.

Proxies who already own the Growth Plan can purchase a Plan Upgrade to reach the Premium tier. All purchases must be completed before 2026-11-30 02:59 (server time). After that, you can still complete Expansion Tasks and claim rewards until the event ends at 2026-11-30 03:59.

Level Rewards and W-Engine Choice

Raising your City Fund Level unlocks a steady stream of materials and cosmetics. The headline reward this season is the Great Builder's Certificate, a time-limited item that lets you choose one of seven W-Engines, including the new A-Rank Bloodmarrow Coffer, which is designed for Armorer Agents.

To claim the certificate, you must unlock the Growth or Premium Plan and reach City Fund Level 30. The certificate is valid only for the current City Fund period and will expire automatically if unused. It will not carry over to the next season.

Other notable level rewards include the exclusive namecard Horror Tale: Childhood Edition, Hamster Cage Pass, and a selection of upgrade materials. You can choose the type of upgrade materials you receive, allowing you to target specific Agent or W-Engine ascension needs.

F2P and Spending Advice

The Basic Plan remains a solid source of free resources, including Polychrome and materials, simply by completing Expansion Tasks. If you're strictly free-to-play, focus on maximizing your Fund Level before the deadline.

For low-spenders, the Growth Plan offers the best value if you're primarily after Polychrome and the exclusive avatar. The Premium Plan adds extra Polychrome and convenience items, but the core rewards are similar. Consider whether the additional 208 Polychrome and cosmetic extras justify the higher price for your budget.

If you already have the Growth Plan, the Plan Upgrade is the only way to access Premium rewards. Evaluate your remaining playtime before purchasing, as the deadline is strict.

The New Eridu City Fund for Version 3.3 is a straightforward battle pass with a clear deadline. Free players can still earn useful materials, while paid plans offer Polychrome and exclusive cosmetics. The W-Engine choice at Level 30 adds a nice incentive for Armorer teams. Just remember to make any purchases before 2026-11-30 02:59 (server time) and claim all rewards by 2026-11-30 03:59.
