Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Notice Summary
Get ready for an action-packed month in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, as the latest notice summary reveals exciting new updates, events, and characters. This month, players can look forward to two new SSR Nikkes: Quency: Escape Queen and Phantom, both available through Special Recruit. Additionally, a new costume for Tove and several events, including the PHANTOM THIEF VS DETECTIVE story event, will be added to the game.
From October 3 to October 17, 2024 (UTC+9), players can participate in the PHANTOM THIEF VS DETECTIVE event, which promises to deliver an engaging storyline and exciting rewards. Meanwhile, the 7-Day Login Event – Phantom Thief Invitation and the 21-Day Login Event – Swing into Autumn will offer players exclusive rewards and bonuses for logging in daily.

1. New Nikkes
1.1 SSR Quency: Escape Queen
SSR Quency: Escape Queen, who has transformed into a phantom thief for the sake of justice, joins the battlefield.
Quency: Escape Queen is an attacker who gains more buffs the longer she shoots.
Her burst skill makes it easier for her to maintain the buffs and unleash powerful attacks.

①You can use Gems (Free/Paid) or Advanced Recruit Vouchers to recruit in Special Recruit. (Ordinary Recruit Vouchers cannot be used)
②There is a 4% chance of acquiring SSR Nikkes in Special Recruit and a 2% chance of acquiring SSR Quency: Escape Queen.
③You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Special Recruit.
④You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Quency: Escape Queen in the Mileage Shop.
⑤When Special Recruit ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.
⑥In the version update after Special Recruit ends, Quency: Escape Queen will be available in Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and from Mold items. (Unavailable in New Commander Special Recruit and Ordinary Recruit (Tutorial))
1.2 SSR Phantom
A librarian by day and a thief by night. SSR Phantom, who has two identities, joins the battlefield.
Phantom is an attacker who becomes stronger when launching focused attacks at the enemies.
She applies buffs to herself when attacking the same enemy. When attacking multiple enemies, she gains additional buffs and stronger Burst Skill effects.

3.1 New Story Event: PHANTOM THIEF VS DETECTIVE

On a dark, quiet night, the phantom thief Phantom stealthily slips into a house to retrieve an item she was tasked to steal.
Just as she is about to succeed, she runs into Quency, who has just escaped from prison.
To make things worse, the sound of the police’s footsteps reverberates from outside the door…
Participate in the PHANTOM THIEF VS DETECTIVE event and complete stages to get event items, which can be used to exchange for various rewards such as Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials in the Event Shop.

3.4 21-Day Login Event – Swing into Autumn

Log in on any 21 days during the event and get rewards. Get Tove’s Special Costume – Baseball Fan and development materials when you log in for 21 days straight.
3.5 Coordinated Operation
Form a team of five Commanders and challenge Boss Alteisen P.S.I.D. together! Players can either team up with friends and union members or join the challenge through automatic matching. Defeat the boss and get Broken Cores to exchange Gems and development materials in Recycling Shop!

4. Solo Raid
Solo Raid will be available on October 3, 2024 at 12:00:00 (UTC+9). Mobilize parties to challenge the boss and obtain Harmony Cube materials, Favorite Item materials, and Collection Item materials.
In Challenge difficulty, players will be ranked by the total damage they dealt to the boss. A Limited Frame and Gems will be awarded according to the rankings.

5. Weekend-Only – FULL BURST DAY Event
