Blue Archive Maintenance 2025-10-13: What to Know

Sensei, a temporary maintenance is scheduled for Blue Archive on 2025-10-13 (Tue) from 06:10 to 08:10 (UTC). The game will be unavailable during this window, and a patch download will be required afterward. As always, compensation will be provided, though the exact rewards are yet to be announced in this notice. For more Blue Archive news and updates, visit our game hub.

This maintenance marks the end of several limited-time events and banners, including the Kazusa (Band) recruitment and the aquatic event. It also sets the stage for new content, such as the Kisaki (Swimsuit) and Shun (Swimsuit) Pick-Up Recruitments and a fresh shop update. If you have unfinished business, now is the time to wrap it up.

• Maintenance: 2025-10-13 (Tue) from 06:10 to 08:10 (UTC).

• Ending: Kazusa (Band), Yoshimi (Band), Natsu (Band) banners; aquatic event.

Maintenance Window

The maintenance will run for two hours, from 06:10 to 08:10 (UTC) on 2025-10-13. This timing is subject to change, so keep an eye on official channels. Upon reconnecting, you'll need to download a patch. The notice mentions that certain in-game text may be adjusted, but no major gameplay changes are indicated.

Compensation is typically distributed via in-game mail after maintenance. While the exact reward isn't specified in this notice, previous maintenance on the same day (earlier window) granted Pyroxene x480. We'll update if the official notice confirms the amount.

What Ends with This Maintenance

Several time-limited recruitments and events conclude when the servers go down. If you're still pulling for Kazusa (Band), Yoshimi (Band), or Natsu (Band), or if you haven't cleared the event shop, you have until 06:10 (UTC) to do so. The aquatic event story and its associated rewards will also be removed.

New Banners: Kisaki (Swimsuit) and Shun (Swimsuit)

Following the maintenance, two new 3★ students will be available in separate Pick-Up Recruitments: Kisaki (Swimsuit) and Shun (Swimsuit). Both banners run from 2025-10-13 after maintenance until 2025-10-27 01:59 (UTC). Rates are standard for Pick-Up banners: 3★ rate at 3%, with a 0.7% chance for the featured student. Pity carries over between banners of the same type.

For a deeper analysis of these units, check our banner guide: Blue Archive: Kisaki & Shun Swimsuit Banners.

Should You Pull?

Kisaki (Swimsuit) is a limited 3★ student with a kit focused on dealing damage and supporting allies. She's likely to be meta-relevant in certain raid and PvP scenarios. Shun (Swimsuit) is another limited 3★, offering strong single-target damage. Both are limited, meaning they won't be added to the standard pool, so if you're a collector or meta-chaser, these banners are your only chance for now.

For F2P players, evaluate your Pyroxene stash. If you're close to pity (200 pulls), consider going for one. Low-spenders might prioritize based on their roster needs. If you're unsure, wait for community reviews before pulling.

Events & Rewards

The maintenance itself doesn't introduce new events, but the shop update brings new packs. These include skill growth packs, student growth packs, and a 3★ selective recruitment pack. The sale period runs from 2025-10-13 after maintenance until 2025-11-10 01:59 (UTC). Purchase limits vary by pack. For details, see Blue Archive 10/13 Shop Update: New Packs & Limits.

Additionally, the Angel 24 shop is added on 2025-10-13, allowing you to buy exclusive Profile Card items with Schale Commemorative Coins. Learn more here: Blue Archive Angel 24 Shop: Customize Your Profile Card.

What to Do Now

• Before maintenance: Spend any remaining event currency, claim rewards, and finish any last-minute pulls on the ending banners.
• After maintenance: Download the patch, claim compensation from your mailbox, and check out the new banners and shop packs.
• F2P: Save Pyroxene for limited banners; consider skipping if you're not confident in hitting pity.
• Low-spend: The new growth packs offer efficient resource bundles; evaluate if they align with your goals.
• Optimal: If you're aiming for both new students, plan your pulls carefully; you may need to prioritize one.

Conclusion

The 2025-10-13 maintenance is a pivotal moment in Blue Archive, closing one chapter and opening another. Whether you're saying goodbye to the band banners or welcoming the swimsuit duo, make sure you're prepared. Stay tuned to EarlyGG for the latest updates and guides.
