Staff of the Scarlet Sands

Staff of the Scarlet Sands remains Cyno's best-in-slot Polearm for the Stellar-Conduct build. It gives 542 Base ATK and 44.1% Crit Rate, but the real selling point is the passive. Cyno gains bonus ATK equal to 52% of his Elemental Mastery, and every Elemental Skill hit adds another 28% of Elemental Mastery as ATK, stacking up to three times.
