Maintenance Window

The COIN RUSH SHOWDOWN update requires a mandatory client download. Maintenance is scheduled for 2026-09-17 from 11:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9). As with any major patch, the actual end time may shift. Compensation was distributed through in-game mail once servers reopened.

Mobile players should clear at least 16GB of free space (20GB for new Commanders). PC client users should verify their installation before the window closes. For ongoing coverage of NIKKE news and updates, bookmark the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE hub.

Banner Schedule and Rates

Both new Nikkes are Water Code Attackers from Missilis Industry who use shotguns. Their Special Recruit periods begin one week apart, giving Commanders a staggered window to plan pulls.

Nikke Weapon Recruit Period Rate
Guilty: Mighty Bunny Rumble Stomper shotgun 2026-09-17 to 2026-10-08 04:59:59 (UTC+9) 2%
Sin: Swift Bunny Blink Carrot shotgun 2026-09-24 05:00 to 2026-10-15 04:59:59 (UTC+9) 2%

Gems and Advanced Recruit Vouchers can be used on both banners. Each pull earns 200 Gold Mileage Tickets while the respective banner is active. Unused Gold Mileage Tickets do not expire when these banners end.

Guilty: Mighty Bunny strengthens her own offense, with a Burst Skill described as delivering a powerful, high-damage blow. Sin: Swift Bunny further strengthens her offense and deals damage to multiple enemies with her Burst Skill.

Both are new SSR characters, not limited winter reruns. The update notice states that each will become available in Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and Mold items in the version update following the end of her Special Recruit period.

Limited Select Recruit: Winter Nikkes Return

A separate recruitment pool brings back six winter Nikkes: Rupee: Winter Shopper, Anne: Miracle Fairy, Ludmilla: Winter Owner, Mica: Snow Buddy, Maiden: Ice Rose, and Guillotine: Winter Slayer. Players select one Nikke from the list as their featured character and may change their choice. Nikkes not selected will not appear in this pool. This banner runs from 2026-09-17 to 2026-10-08 04:59:59 (UTC+9).

Should You Pull?

F2P Commanders

With two new SSRs and a six-unit Limited Select Recruit running simultaneously, resource discipline matters. Guilty: Mighty Bunny and Sin: Swift Bunny are both Water Code shotgun attackers, a niche that overlaps with existing options. If your Water roster is already deep, consider whether either unit fills a gap your account actually has.

The Limited Select Recruit is the more flexible option for F2P players because you choose the featured unit. If you missed a winter Nikke on her original run, this is the most direct path to acquire her. Prioritize one target and commit rather than splitting Gems across multiple banners.

Low-Spend Commanders

The staggered banner dates help here. Guilty: Mighty Bunny opens first on 2026-09-17, while Sin: Swift Bunny does not arrive until 2026-09-24. You can evaluate Guilty's performance in the new Solo Raid and event stages before deciding whether to pull for Sin.

Gold Mileage Tickets carry over, so pulls on either banner contribute toward a future pity. If you are close to 200 tickets, finishing a spark on one banner is more efficient than spreading pulls thin.

Optimal Pulls

For players chasing meta relevance, Sin: Swift Bunny's multi-target Burst Skill may prove more broadly useful in wave-based content. Guilty: Mighty Bunny appears oriented toward single-target burst damage. Both are Attackers, so team composition should account for survivability and burst generation elsewhere.

Wait for community testing before committing if you are undecided. The Solo Raid Season 41 boss is Fire Code with a Water Code weakness, which gives both new Nikkes an immediate opportunity to prove their value.

Events and Rewards

COIN RUSH SHOWDOWN Story Event

COIN RUSH SHOWDOWN runs from the end of the 2026-09-17 maintenance until 2026-10-08 04:59:59 (UTC+9). The fully voiced story event takes place during the first Big Three Manufacturers' Expo. The Commander joins the troubled Plan C Squad in a battle royale and becomes caught up in an unexpected conspiracy.

STORY I opens after maintenance. STORY II opens on 2026-09-24 at 05:00 (UTC+9). Both remain available until the event ends. Clearing their stages provides Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials. Challenge Stages also offer development materials.

The event map contains activities to explore, with Gems, development materials, and Lost Relics available to find. A new story animation can be viewed through COIN RUSH SHOWDOWN → STORY II – Normal Stage.

During the first week, five Lost Relics are available on the event map: the BGM tracks CRSh-Down, ONE PUNCH, THREE COMPANY RUMBLE, and SHOW DOWN [Loop Edit.], plus 100 Gems.

The current Challenge Stage features Material H. Destroying its turrets first reduces incoming pressure before you shift damage to the exposed core. Character levels are fixed by the stage, but equipment remains active. One Challenge attempt is restored each day, with a maximum of one stored attempt, and the attempt is consumed only after a successful clear. New Challenge Stages unlock progressively during the event.

The Event Shop is already open and will close on 2026-10-08 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9).

THREE COMPANY RUMBLE Mini-Game

THREE COMPANY RUMBLE runs from the end of the 2026-09-17 maintenance until 2026-10-08 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9). The update notice specifically introduces Entertainment Coin Catch, describing it as a mini-game in which players knock away Bunny Girl Nikkes approaching from either side, collect coins, and survive for as long as possible.

Guilty: Mighty Bunny is available as the starting character. The controlled Nikke automatically moves forward and attacks, while players switch her facing direction by tapping on mobile or pressing Space on PC. Turning briefly leaves the character vulnerable, so timing matters when enemies are approaching from both sides. HP reaching zero ends the run.

Defeated Bunny Girl Nikkes can drop several items. Coins add score, with different colors awarding different amounts. Energy Drinks restore one Ultimate Skill stack, up to two; collecting another while already at the maximum grants bonus score. Nets temporarily slow enemy movement, while the Golden Four-Leaf Clover gives bonus points and temporarily increases all score gains.

Scoring also revolves around SPIN! and combos. Defeat an enemy, turn around, and defeat the next enemy from the opposite side to trigger SPIN! for extra points. Consecutive defeats within the combo window increase the combo count, which further improves bonus scoring. Special Skills unlock after meeting specific conditions and their effects stack once unlocked.

Minigame missions reward items including Gems and Premium Stickers, while some objectives require reaching score thresholds or playing a certain number of times with specific characters. Additional playable characters unlock progressively as the event continues.

Login Rewards and Other Activities

EXPO CHECK-IN runs from the end of the 2026-09-17 maintenance until 2026-10-08 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9). Logging in on any 14 days during the event provides Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials. Participating in COIN RUSH SHOWDOWN can also provide Memory Films for unlocking archived story events; STAR ANIS is being added to the Archives.

Two FULL BURST DAY periods are scheduled for 2026-09-26 at 05:00 to 2026-09-28 at 04:59:59 and 2026-10-03 at 05:00 to 2026-10-05 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9). During these periods, Interception and Simulation Room grant an additional reward.

Other dated activities include Simulation Room – Overclock Mode Season 10 from 2026-09-22, Champion Arena Beta Season 39 from 2026-09-24, and Solo Raid Season 41 from 2026-09-24 at 12:00 until 2026-10-01 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9). The Solo Raid notice confirms a Fire Code enemy with a Water Code weakness, but does not name the boss. Coordinated Operation features Land Eater from 2026-09-25 at 12:00 until 2026-09-27 at 23:59:59 (UTC+9).

New Costumes and Limited Costume Reruns

Three new costumes arrive with this update:

  • Sugar – Killer Rabbit is available through Costume Gacha from the end of the 2026-09-17 maintenance until 2026-10-08 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9). It includes full voice-over, a Burst Skill cutscene, a standing pose, and a special SD motion.
  • Mana – Drunken Rabbit is the premium costume reward from LET'S DRINK PASS, available over the same 2026-09-17 to 2026-10-08 period.
  • Crust – Treat Chef is the premium costume reward from the October Mission Pass, on sale from 2026-10-01 through 2026-10-31.

Six older costumes return to the Cash Shop from the end of the 2026-09-17 maintenance until 2026-10-08 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9): Alice – Sweet Home, Mary – Medical Rabbit, Viper – Toxic Rabbit, Folkwang – Moist Rabbit, Exia – Hacker Rabbit, and Bay – Radiant Rabbit.

Equipment Modification Improvements

The update announces Equipment Modification improvements, including recalling previous lock settings and a warning when a reroll could remove a level 15 effect. Battle Simulation will become available for locked Solo Raid stages.

What to Do Now

  • Log in daily for EXPO CHECK-IN. Fourteen days of logins during the event window award Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials. Missing days reduces your total.
  • Clear STORY I and Challenge Stages. These provide Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials. The current Challenge Stage rewards Material H.
  • Collect the first week's Lost Relics. Five are available now, including four BGM tracks and 100 Gems.
  • Play THREE COMPANY RUMBLE for Gems and Premium Stickers. Minigame missions include score thresholds and character-specific objectives.
  • Plan your pulls around the staggered banners. Guilty: Mighty Bunny opens on 2026-09-17; Sin: Swift Bunny opens on 2026-09-24. Gold Mileage Tickets carry over between banners.
  • Check the Limited Select Recruit if you missed a winter Nikke. You choose the featured unit, and unselected Nikkes will not appear in the pool.

Unconfirmed and Upcoming Details

STORY II opens on 2026-09-24 at 05:00 (UTC+9), so the full story resolution, later Lost Relics, and the event animation are not yet available as of 2026-09-19. The Event Shop is already open and will close on 2026-10-08 at 04:59:59 (UTC+9).

Solo Raid Season 41 begins on 2026-09-24 at 12:00 (UTC+9). The upcoming boss is confirmed to be Fire Code with a Water Code weakness, but its identity has not yet been officially revealed as of 2026-09-19. Rewards include Harmony Cube materials, Favorite Item maintenance materials, and Collection Item maintenance materials, with Gems and special frames distributed through Challenge ranking.

The official web notice does not publish the full day-by-day reward table for EXPO CHECK-IN. It confirms that completing all 14 login days awards Advanced Recruit Vouchers and development materials.

The confirmed schedule puts Guilty and STORY I on 2026-09-17, followed by Sin and STORY II on 2026-09-24. Remaining details can be filled in as each part becomes available.

Conclusion

COIN RUSH SHOWDOWN begins on 2026-09-17 with Guilty: Mighty Bunny and STORY I, while Sin: Swift Bunny and STORY II follow on 2026-09-24.
