At a Glance

• Special Program date: 2024-10-09 at 19:30 (UTC+8)
• Version: 3.3 — "Journey to the Sky"
• Featured characters: Phoenix and Severian (new Agents)
• Redemption code: Exclusive code during livestream
• Platforms: Official YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok channels

What to Expect from the Stream

The Special Program will introduce two new Agents: Phoenix, described as "descending from the sky," and Severian, who appears on Quietude Isle under the mayor's orders. Their arrival is set to impact the ongoing situation in Roscaelifer.

Mr. Z will host the segment, providing story context and gameplay details. While exact banner phases and ability kits are not stated in official materials, the stream typically reveals this information along with a redemption code for Polychromes and other rewards.

Redemption Code and How to Redeem

A limited redemption code will be dropped during the livestream. These codes usually expire within 24 hours, so prompt redemption is advised. To redeem:

1. Open Zenless Zone Zero and access the menu.
2. Select "More" then "Redemption Code."
3. Enter the code and confirm.

Alternatively, use the official redemption website. Rewards typically include Polychromes, Dennies, and upgrade materials. The exact code and rewards will be confirmed during the broadcast.

Version 3.3 Banner and Character Speculation

Phoenix and Severian are confirmed as new Agents, but their rarities, roles, and banner order are Unconfirmed — subject to change. Based on the teaser, Phoenix may be a key story character, while Severian's connection to Quietude Isle suggests a significant role in the narrative.

For F2P players, it's wise to hold off on pulling until the Special Program reveals the full banner schedule. If both characters are limited 5-stars, planning around pity and available Polychromes will be crucial. We'll update our banner guide after the stream.

Pre-Patch To-Dos

Before Version 3.3 arrives, consider these tasks:

• Complete any limited-time events from Version 3.2.
• Spend your Battery to farm materials for potential new characters.
• Save Polychromes and Encrypted Tapes for the upcoming banners.
• Check your pity count on limited banners.

Day-1 Priorities

Once the update goes live:

• Redeem the Special Program code immediately if you haven't.
• Pull for new Agents if they fit your team.
• Start the new story chapters to unlock events.
• Check the shop for new pack rotations.

The Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 Special Program is set for October 9, bringing news of Phoenix, Severian, and the next chapter in the story. Tune in for the redemption code and stay tuned to EarlyGG for detailed breakdowns and guides.
